The primary objective of this tender is to upgrade the existing Surpac software to a newer version to enhance functionality, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with current systems.
The scope of the project includes the procurement, installation, configuration, and testing of the upgraded Surpac software across designated operational sites. It also encompasses user training and post-implementation support to ensure seamless transition and optimal utilization of the upgraded system.
