The primary objective is to procure essential water distribution and construction materials for municipal infrastructure projects. The tender aims to secure a qualified supplier capable of delivering certified, high-quality products that comply with national standards, while adhering to public procurement regulations and preferential scoring frameworks.
The procurement encompasses seven line items with specified quantities: two valves, one adaptor, twelve fire hydrants, 180 cement bags, eighty pipe coils, fifty elbows, and fifty tees. Delivery terms are conditional; cement must be dispatched solely upon storekeeper instruction and includes mandatory offloading. All bids must be submitted electronically via the municipal portal; fax submissions are explicitly rejected. Quoted prices must remain valid for a minimum of thirty days from the closing date.
