Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure white nurses uniform dresses that meet specified standards and requirements for Greys Hospital under the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health. Scope

The scope of the tender includes the supply of white nurses uniform dresses with specific design features such as buttons down the center front, breast and hip pockets, made of polycotton material (65% polyester, 35% cotton). The quantities are based on sizes and quantities detailed in the specifications, with delivery to Grey’s Hospital, KwaZulu-Natal. The procurement covers the entire process from submission, evaluation, to delivery, including samples and compliance with technical standards.

Technical Requirements

• The uniforms must be white nurses dresses with buttons down the center front.
• Must include a left breast pocket and two hip pockets (one on each side).
• Made of polycotton material (65% polyester, 35% cotton).
• Available in specified sizes: 34, 38, 42, 44, 46, 54, and 56, with quantities as per specification.
• Conform to the SABS quality standards.
• Samples must be submitted with the quotation for evaluation.
• The uniforms must meet the detailed specifications provided in the annexure, including compliance with size, color, and material requirements.

Skills Requirements

• Proven capacity to manufacture and supply medical uniforms in accordance with technical specifications.
