The primary objective of this tender is the acquisition of a commercial property located in Robison: Aeroton or Johannesburg South Areas.

Scope

The scope involves identifying, evaluating, and securing a suitable commercial property in the specified locations, ensuring compliance with quality and technical standards outlined in the tender requirements.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements focus on demonstrating a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 standards, including:

• Provision of objective evidence of a documented QMS that complies with ISO 9001 (not necessarily certified).
• Submission of a Quality Method Statement based on the scope.
• Provision of an approved Quality Policy and Quality Objectives by top management.
• Evidence of the QMS in operation, including documented roles, responsibilities, and authorities (e.g., organization chart and responsibility matrix).
• Completion and signing of Form A for customer-specific requirements.

Skills Requirements

Applicants should possess the following skills and competencies:

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience in developing and implementing quality policies, objectives, and method statements.
• Ability to document and demonstrate operational QMS processes, including roles and responsibilities.
• Competence in preparing and submitting required documentation such as responsibility matrices and compliance forms.
• Understanding of property acquisition processes and relevant standards.
