All tender documents must be deposited in the tender box at Maruleng Municipality, 64 Springbok Street , Hoedspruit,1380.  Due to Covid-19 we encourage bidders to courier their tender documents instead of coming to the Municipality on the closing Date. A Non-refundable R500.00 is payable whether downloaded or issued. Proof of payment should be attached on the tender document. Bidders who have paid R200.00   before on tender no: MLM/SCM/30/2019 which was issued in February 2020 they should not pay R500.00 instead they should pay the difference of R300.00 and download the new tender document MLM/SCM/30/2019 for September 2020  on e-tenders or collect it from Maruleng Municipality Finance Department (Cashier point) and attach both proof of payments for R200.00 and R300.00. No late submission will be allowed. The Municipality will publish the tender register on the website. Lets us adhere to the rules of Covid 19.
