The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider responsible for issuing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) to municipal public buildings within Oudtshoorn Municipality. This aims to ensure that municipal buildings comply with energy efficiency standards and contribute to sustainable energy management.
