The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to conduct a Legal Compliance Audit, establish a Legal Register, and provide Legal Assistance Call Line and Email Services across all SABS sites. The aim is to deliver comprehensive, user-friendly, and legally privileged assessments that identify potential legal exposures, offer practical recommendations for management, and support internal compliance management.
