A Compulsory Tender Briefing/ Site Inspection meeting will be conducted at 10h00 AM on MONDAY, 11 NOVEMBER 2019
VENUE: Ga-Lotlhare Tribal Hall at Ga-Lotlhare village located in the Joe Morolong local municipality within the John Taolo Gaetsewe District.
GPS coordinates of the village are as follows: 27°07’41.7” S, 23°22’10.1” E
Directions from Kuruman: 43 min (46.9KM) via R31(Head north on Voortrekker St/R31 toward Beare ST drive 4.6KM, turn right and drive 1.0km, turn left onto Seodin Rd drive 20.8km and Turn left drive for 18.3km and Turn right)
Special Conditions:
Preferences are offered to tenderers who registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and should have a minimum CIDB Contractor grading of 4SQ or higher.
Only tenderers who meet the following Pre-qualification criteria for Preferential Procurement may respond:
• An EME or QSE.
Tenderers are required to submit proof of B-BBEE Status Level of contributor. Proof includes original and valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates or certified copies thereof together with their tenders or price quotations, to substantiate their B-BBEE rating claims except for EMEs and QSEs who are required to submit sworn affidavit in terms of Codes of good practice.
Bidders must attach either their B- BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates (Verification Agencies accredited by SANAS or Sworn Affidavit signed by the deponent and attested by a Commissioner of Oaths)
A trust, consortium or joint venture (including unincorporated consortia and joint ventures) must submit a consolidated B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate for every separate tender.
Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), Act no. 5 of 2000 and Preferential Procurement Regulation, 2017. The 80/20 Preference Point system will be applied where a maximum of Eighty (80) tender adjudication points will be awarded for price and Twenty (20) points will be awarded for preference.
