The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified contractor to undertake the upgrading of a 2.01 km section of Sediba Road, including the construction or refurbishment of a culvert crossing, under the jurisdiction of Mangaung Metro Municipality in the Free State Province. The project aims to improve road infrastructure, enhance transportation safety, and facilitate better access within the area.
