  • Is FSCA approved with experience in Private Equity.
  • Has a Category II FSB registration and relevant qualifications.
  • Possesses at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Provides a detailed CV demonstrating experience and qualifications.
  • Submits proof of qualifications, including RE1, RE3, and RE5 certificates.
  • Provides reference letters or testimonials confirming experience as a Key Individual.
  • Has an office in KwaZulu-Natal (preferred) or outside KZN with appropriate proof (lease agreement or municipal bill).
