Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a Lead Implementing Agent, with permitted subcontractors, to execute and facilitate the Ghana Market Access Activation Programme. The programme aims to support the market entry and promotion of Western Cape agricultural and agro-processed products in Ghana through activities such as trade facilitation, distributor and importer engagement, regulatory support, retail and HORECA activations, experiential trade events, market intelligence, and lead tracking. The goal is to generate measurable commercial outcomes and export opportunities for participating exporters.

Scope

The scope of the project includes:

• Implementation and facilitation of all in-market activities in Ghana.
• Engagement with distributors, buyers, retailers, and hospitality sector stakeholders.
• Coordination of trade events and market promotion activities.
• Providing regulatory support and market intelligence.
• Lead tracking and reporting to monitor progress and outcomes.
