  • Legal practices must be established in accordance with the Attorney Act, 1979 and the Legal Practice Act, 28 of 2014.

    • Legal practitioners with a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience, supported by admission certificates.
    • Provision of appointment letters, instructions, and reference letters confirming relevant work experience.

    • Proof of registration with the Legal Practice Council and a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
