The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of qualified training service providers to implement and deliver digital transformation skills development programmes. The focus is on training 750 unemployed learners in the Free State Province over a period of 6 months, with opportunities for learners to gain practical experience through job placements. The programme aims to develop tangible digital skills in beneficiaries, supporting economic growth and enterprise development within the ICT sector.
