Bidder personnel must demonstrate:

  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as membership with SABPP, IPM, or CHRO
  • Appropriate experience levels, with personnel showing:
    • Five to six years of relevant experience and similar role experience for key personnel
    • Relevant academic qualifications (e.g., BA Degree or equivalent)
  • Provision of organizational charts and CVs of project managers and key personnel
  • Experience in successfully completing projects within the last ten years, with evidence such as reference letters and project descriptions
  • Capability to deliver case studies demonstrating understanding and approach to HR initiatives aligned with OPFA’s strategic objectives
