The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of legal practitioners to provide legal services to the Beaufort West Municipality for a contract period of three years. The municipality aims to establish a qualified panel capable of delivering comprehensive legal support as required.
The scope involves rendering legal services to the municipality, which may include legal advice, representation, drafting of legal documents, and other related legal functions as determined by the municipality's needs.
