  • Development of a comprehensive Project Execution Plan (PEP) and, where applicable, a detailed Project Implementation Plan (PIP)
  • Adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and legislative compliance, including environmental and occupational health and safety regulations
  • Provision of proof of professional indemnity insurance at least twice the contract value
  • Participation in project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
