  • Experience in resource mobilisation within public sectors such as Art & Culture, Heritage, Agriculture/Agro-processing, and Tourism, supported by reference letters.
  • Track record in securing large-scale funding and successful project execution.
  • Development of comprehensive, bankable business plans/proposals.
  • Qualified project team with relevant expertise, including a Team Leader with SAQA-accredited NQF Level 7 qualification in Finance or related fields, and at least three (3) years’ experience.
  • Minimum of three team members with bachelor’s degrees (NQF Level 7) in Law, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields, each with a minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience in resource mobilisation projects with public sector references.
