The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified professional service provider to deliver various Health and Safety Training services.   • Production of a 30 to 90-second evacuation protocol video for the corporate office.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

  • All training must be recognized by the Department of Labour and SAQA, with facilitators certified accordingly.
  • Training courses must be delivered by facilitators with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and relevant accredited qualifications.
  • Printing of posters must meet Occupational Health and Safety Act standards, with installation in designated areas.
  • Consultation services must include advice on ISO standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 45000) and other legislative matters.

    • COID and Occupational Health & Safety Act Trainers: Minimum 5 years’ experience, accredited by relevant SETA, with registered assessors.
  • Advisory Services: A resource with at least 10 years’ experience in health and safety legislation, risk assessments, ISO standards, and related consultancy.
  • Production Skills: Videography, editing, and video production expertise for creating evacuation protocol videos.
