  • Manage end-to-end processes for LTSM and eLTSM, including planning, procurement, warehousing, packaging, distribution, and delivery to schools, ELSEN schools, AET centers, ECD centers, and other institutions.
  • Support the procurement and delivery of physical resources such as textbooks, stationery, equipment, and supplementary materials.
  • Oversee the procurement, aggregation, pre-loading, and management of digital content, ICT devices (laptops, tablets, interactive boards), and related digital resources.
  • Implement warehousing activities with secure storage, inventory management, and security measures.
  • Coordinate distribution logistics, including tracking, transportation, and delivery to various locations.
  • Manage retrieval, assessment, refurbishment, and disposal of ICT devices and eLTSM resources, including e-waste management.
