  • Having a quality control department responsible for applying IIA standards.
  • Demonstrating understanding of the PFMA and Treasury Regulations.
  • Developing a three-year internal audit plan with resource and cost planning.
  • Providing a resource plan and team structure for the engagement.
  • Complying with the minimum technical assessment score of 80 points out of 100.
