Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of efficiently handling responses for 8,580 applications related to the MMSEZ SOC Internship Programme. The goal is to ensure a structured, timely, and accurate response management process that supports the internship recruitment process.

Scope

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Categorising applications according to internship disciplines or departments.
• Managing the response handling process for a total of 8,580 applications.
• Providing a comprehensive implementation plan outlining how the response handling will be executed.
• Engaging qualified professionals to support the process, including their CVs and experience.
• Ensuring administrative efficiency and compliance with project requirements throughout the response management process.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Demonstrated experience in response handling for large-scale application processes, specifically for internship programmes or similar projects.
• Ability to categorise applications accurately by discipline or department.
• Provision of a detailed methodology and approach for response management.
• Submission of relevant project certificates, references, and contactable references for previous similar work.
• Qualified personnel with appropriate experience and qualifications in human resources, administration, or related fields.
• Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and procurement policies, including tax compliance and BBBEE requirements.
