The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and certified service provider to deliver certified data sanitisation and compliant e-waste recycling of ICT assets for the Mine Health and Safety Council (MHSC). The aim is to ensure secure, environmentally sound, and legislation-compliant disposal of ICT assets that have been classified as scrap, safeguarding data security and promoting sustainable e-waste management.
The scope encompasses two interlinked services:
The services are to be provided on an ad-hoc basis for each disposal batch, with specific timelines and deliverables as outlined in the scope.
