• Insurance coverage for government vehicles, machinery, and assets across regions such as Gauteng, Limpopo, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, and others, covering various vehicle types (trucks, sedans, SUVs, etc.) and asset classes.
• Management of vehicle and asset assessments, damage evaluations, and recovery services for claims related to accidents, theft, malicious damage, hail, and other insured risks.
• Claims processing, including assessment, invoicing, settlement, cancellations, disputes, and finalizations, with detailed documentation and reporting.
• Vehicle repairs, salvage, total loss management, and coordination with repair centers, auto body technicians, and service providers.
• Provision of comprehensive insurance solutions such as Rent-a-Captive or contingency policies, and management of related administrative tasks.
• System integration and data sharing across related contracts (procurement, maintenance, financing) and end-user departments to facilitate seamless operations.
• Claims and incident management, roadside assistance, vehicle registration, insurance confirmation, and compliance monitoring.
• Implementation of system enhancements, fraud prevention, and continuous process improvements to ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
