The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver ICT managed and maintenance services for Lepelle Northern Water over a period of three years. The aim is to enhance the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization’s ICT infrastructure, ensuring continuous high-quality support, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
The scope encompasses support, maintenance, and management of the entire ICT environment at Lepelle Northern Water, including:
