The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to supply and deliver 150 All-in-One (AIO) computer desktops, including a five-year onsite warranty. The organization aims to replace out-of-warranty desktops with new units to ensure continuous operational efficiency and standardization across its offices.
The scope encompasses the procurement, supply, and delivery of 150 AIO desktops to the cidb office located at 1267 Gordon Hood Road, Centurion, Gauteng. The service provider is responsible for providing desktops that meet specified technical requirements, including accessories and warranty, and ensuring timely delivery as per contractual obligations.
The scope also includes providing necessary documentation such as service level agreements, CVs of key personnel, incident reporting systems, and operational support services.
The desktops must comply with the following mandatory specifications:
Additional accessories include a USB keyboard, optical mouse, and desktop lock. The desktops must also include a draft SLA, service manager CV, incident logging system, and operational support with an 8x5 service desk.
