The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply and install decals (vehicle branding) on municipal vehicles for the City of Mbombela. The aim is to ensure consistent, professional branding that reflects the municipality’s identity and regional representation, while adhering to specified design and technical standards.
