  • Certified/Accredited Oracle Partner status with OEM accreditation via Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF).
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in:
    • End-to-end lifecycle management of Oracle licenses.
    • Supporting cloud-native database solutions (e.g., Amazon Aurora, RDS, Azure SQL).
    • Supporting and maintaining Oracle databases version 19c and higher.
    • Implementing high-availability and clustering solutions.
    • Capacity and performance management, security, vulnerability, and threat management.
  • Access to relevant technical Subject Matter Experts.
  • Provision of references for similar projects, with at least two verifiable client references.
  • Compliance with OEM and RAF policies, including security, data protection, and support standards.

Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must possess:

  • Expertise in Oracle database licensing, deployment, and support.
  • Experience in cloud migration, hybrid cloud solutions, and multi-region disaster recovery.
