Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider responsible for the management and operationalization of the Emakhazeni Brick Manufacturing Plant. The engagement aims to ensure effective operation, maintenance, and management of the plant to support the Nkangala Economic Development Agency's goals over a period of 36 months (3 years).

Scope

The scope encompasses the full management and operational responsibilities of the Emakhazeni Brick Manufacturing Plant, including:

• Overseeing daily operations of the brick manufacturing facility.
• Managing staff, resources, and infrastructure related to the plant.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Implementing operational plans to meet production targets within budget.
• Reporting on operational performance and financial management.
• Managing health, safety, and environmental considerations at the plant.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Proven experience in managing manufacturing or similar industrial operations.
• Capability to operate and maintain brick manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
