The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver comprehensive property administration services for SANRAL's immovable assets over a five-year period. The services include managing land and property portfolios, handling illegal occupations and land invasions, leasing, municipal account management, land alienation, valuations, property maintenance, and related administrative functions. The goal is to ensure efficient, compliant, and transparent management of SANRAL’s property assets, including revenue generation, legal compliance, and safeguarding assets against illegal activities.

The services are to be delivered across various property types, including land parcels, investment properties, leased assets, and surplus land, with specific emphasis on legal compliance, revenue optimization, and safeguarding against illegal land occupations.
This tender aims to establish a comprehensive, compliant, and efficient property management partnership with a service provider capable of handling SANRAL’s diverse property portfolio, legal challenges, financial management, and system integration, while promoting BBBEE and transformation objectives over a five-year period.
