  • Qualified key personnel, including a Project Manager with at least five (5) years’ experience in wellness, employee assistance, or counselling programs.
  • CVs and certified qualifications of key personnel, with the Project Manager possessing at least an NQF Level 8 qualification in Project Management or related fields.
  • Registration of key personnel with relevant professional bodies such as HPCSA or EAPA-SA, supported by valid registration certificates.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and deliver multi-faceted wellness initiatives, including training, events, and communication campaigns.
