The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to conduct a comprehensive benchmarking exercise on management fee structures. The goal is to determine appropriate, market-related management fee ratios to be charged by SABS to SABS Commercial for corporate services, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, regulatory expectations, and principles of fairness and transparency.
