Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a qualified service provider to supply and renew licenses for Sage 300 Finance and integrated third-party software components. This is essential to ensure the continuity, stability, and support of the organization's core financial management systems, which are approaching license expiry dates.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Provision and renewal of Sage 300 Finance system licenses, including Premium, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Reporting Connectors, General Ledger, and related modules.
• Provision of third-party licenses such as Orchid Extender, Orchid Systems Process Scheduler, Sage Enterprise Intelligence (SEI) License Server, Distribution, ETL - Consolidation, SEI Users, Cashbook Premium ERP, EFTXpress, Lanpac Premium Users, among others.
• Installation and configuration of licenses on the Sage 300 Finance system.
• Support and maintenance services for the licenses during the contract period.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Bidder must be a certified Sage Business Partner capable of providing Sage and third-party licenses.
• Ability to install and support licenses on Sage 300 Finance system.
• Provision of licenses for specific modules and third-party components as detailed in the scope.
• Renewal of licenses to prevent service disruption and system instability.

Skills Requirements

The skills and personnel requirements are:

• The bidder must have qualified personnel with experience in installing and managing Sage 300 Finance licenses.
• Personnel must have a minimum of three (3) implementation projects experience in Sage 300 Finance system.
• The bidder must provide a CV of the lead consultant demonstrating relevant experience.
• The bidder must be capable of providing technical support and guidance for license installation and renewal processes.
