The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply, install, configure, and maintain internet and telephone services at two Nelson Mandela Museum sites: OR Tambo Garden of Remembrance and Ingquza Hill Museum. The provider must establish a managed Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) with application-aware, policy-driven virtual overlay networks, centralised orchestration, and automation for performance monitoring, analytics, and security. Additionally, the provider will implement and maintain a hosted PABX telephone system with advanced features to enhance communication capabilities across the sites.
