The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply and deliver Notice-to-Collect-Document (NCD) forms to the Driving Licence Card Account (DLCA) over a period of eleven (11) months. The goal is to ensure timely and efficient provision of approximately 3.5 million forms, with the flexibility to accommodate variations based on actual needs.
