Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver transcription services for disciplinary hearing recordings. The service provider will transcribe recorded disciplinary hearings, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of transcripts to support the legal and administrative processes of the Office of the Premier.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Transcribing recordings of 8 disciplinary sittings, each approximately 3 hours long.
• Providing verbatim transcripts that include speaker identification.
• Delivering completed transcripts by or before the deadline of 20 February 2026.
• Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the transcription services are as follows:

• Transcription Style: Verbatim transcription, capturing every spoken word.
• Speaker Identification: Transcripts must include speaker names and identifiers.
• Deliverables: Transcripts must be provided in a specified format (not explicitly detailed, but implied to be accessible and editable).
