  • Company experience with at least two (2) completed projects in climate, culture, engagement, or employee opinion surveys within the last 10 years.
  • Personnel experience including:
    • The lead Psychometrist or Psychologist must have at least five (5) years’ experience in corporate culture surveys, with a minimum of two (2) completed projects in the last 10 years, and current registration with the HPCSA.
    • The Data Analyst supporting the project must have at least two (2) years’ experience in similar surveys, with at least two (2) completed projects in the last 10 years.
