Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to design, administer, and manage a customised organisational culture survey for a period of three (3) months. The survey aims to gather insights on organisational culture, provide data analytics, generate intelligent reports, and offer recommendations based on the outcomes to support organisational development and improvement.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Designing a customised organisational culture survey in collaboration with OD personnel, targeting approximately 200 employees.
• Administering the survey online using widely available platforms such as MS Forms, Google Forms, or Survey Monkey.
• Conducting data collection, analysis, and reporting using automated systems with advanced analytics capabilities.
• Providing feedback presentations to EXCO based on survey outcomes.
• Delivering impact analysis, organisational and divisional breakdowns, and improvement recommendations with implementation plans.
• Ensuring data security and compliance with POPIA.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the survey solution include:

• Support for a comprehensive questionnaire (~100 questions) based on the current baseline survey used by TCTA.
• Ability to administer and retrieve online submissions efficiently.
• Proven advanced analytics features such as trend analysis, benchmarking against past surveys, and divisional breakdowns.
• Custom reporting capabilities including automated dashboards and exportable reports.
• Scalability to handle large respondent groups and complex questionnaires.
• Integration capabilities to compare current data with historical datasets from the past 3 years.
• Data security and compliance with POPIA standards.

Skills Requirements

The bidder must demonstrate:

• Company experience with at least two (2) completed projects in climate, culture, engagement, or employee opinion surveys within the last 10 years.
• Personnel experience including:
• The lead Psychometrist or Psychologist must have at least five (5) years’ experience in corporate culture surveys, with a minimum of two (2) completed projects in the last 10 years, and current registration with the HPCSA.
• The Data Analyst supporting the project must have at least two (2) years’ experience in similar surveys, with at least two (2) completed projects in the last 10 years.
