The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to conduct a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Business Conditions Survey for the Construction Industry Development Board (cidb). The survey aims to gather insights into the operational and business environment of SMEs within the construction sector to inform policy and support initiatives.
