Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of conducting Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance training for the Department of Water and Sanitation: Eastern Operations. The training is to be delivered as and when required over a period of 24 months, ensuring that staff and relevant stakeholders are compliant with occupational health and safety standards.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of occupational health and safety compliance training services, including the development, delivery, and assessment of training programs. The service provider must be prepared to deliver training sessions at various times throughout the 24-month period, tailored to the department’s needs, and may include related incidental services such as training materials, assessments, and certifications.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of comprehensive OHS compliance training programs aligned with relevant legislation and standards.
• Flexibility to conduct training as required over the 24-month period.
• Development and provision of training materials, manuals, and assessments.
• Qualified trainers with expertise in occupational health and safety.
