The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and accredited service provider to deliver an online, accredited train-the-trainer programme. The programme aims to enhance internal capacity by providing structured training, practical activities, mentorship, and assessment support to 20 participants, ensuring credible skills development aligned with MKRI’s mandate.
