The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to develop the Socio-Economic Impact Assessment System (SEIAS) report specifically for the amendments related to the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act No. 16 of 2013). The project aims to facilitate comprehensive socio-economic assessments to support land use planning and policy decisions.
The scope encompasses the development of a systematic SEIAS report aligned with the amendments to the Land Use Management Act. The project duration is three (03) months, during which the service provider will deliver:
The work includes consultations, data analysis, system development, and reporting to ensure the assessment system effectively evaluates socio-economic impacts of land use policies.
