The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to moderate developed EISA (External Integrated Summative Assessment) instruments for registered occupational qualifications, specifically for the OC: Close Protector and Part Qualification. The moderation aims to ensure that assessment tools, exemplars, and candidate scripts are evaluated by competent experts to uphold quality standards and compliance with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupation (QCTO) requirements, facilitating the recognition of learners as qualified practitioners.

The successful service provider will be responsible for moderating assessment instruments for the OC: Close Protector qualification, ensuring assessments are valid, reliable, and compliant with national standards. The engagement requires technical expertise, relevant experience, and adherence to strict timelines and confidentiality protocols.
