Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage a qualified and experienced service provider to produce a high-quality, 7-minute marketing video for Ncome Museum and Ncome Lodge. The video aims to serve as a strategic marketing tool to position Ncome as a premier destination for history, heritage, cultural activities, retreat, relaxation, recreation, and events. It should enhance visibility, support visitor growth, and create an emotional connection with prospective visitors.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Producing a 7-minute promotional video showcasing Ncome Museum and Lodge.
• Capturing high-quality footage of the museum, artifacts, architecture, lodge exterior and interior, accommodation, dining, event spaces, and visitor experiences.
• Creating cinematic sequences aligned with detailed scene-by-scene shooting guidelines.
• Integrating narration scripts provided in Annexure B.
• Ensuring the final product highlights cultural heritage, hospitality, accommodation, dining, events, and leisure experiences.
• Delivering all raw footage and final outputs as the exclusive property of Ncome Museum.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the production include:

• Camera Movement: Use slow pans, reveals, and push-in movements; avoid shaky handheld footage.
• Drone Operations: Schedule drone filming during sunrise and sunset; capture top-down geometric compositions and landscape sweeps.
• Lighting: Prioritize natural lighting; interior lighting should create a warm, inviting atmosphere; avoid harsh midday sunlight.
• Shooting Checklist: Include drone aerial footage, interior museum shots, artifact close-ups, architectural symmetry, lodge exterior and interior, accommodation, dining, event spaces, and visitor lifestyle moments.
• Deliverables: Final video, raw footage, and all associated materials, with clear adherence to the scene-by-scene guidelines provided.

Skills Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Experience: Proven experience in video production (minimum 3–5 years), with a portfolio of 3–5 relevant projects, including tourism, heritage, or promotional videos.
• Technical Capability: Access to professional-grade equipment such as 4K cameras, drones (with licensed operators), stabilizers, and editing software.
• Creative Skills: Ability to produce cinematic storytelling, effective colour grading, sound design, and seamless editing.
• Team Competence: Skilled team including a director/producer, videographer(s), and editor.
• Compliance: Valid business registration, tax compliance, and necessary permits for drone operations.
