The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of providing data capturing and monitoring software along with support services to oversee the monitoring of the 2026 Municipal Elections. The service provider will assist ICASA in ensuring effective election coverage, data collection, and reporting in accordance with relevant legislation.
