  • Carrying out training over a period of three (3) to five (5) days, depending on content depth and practical exercises.
  • Providing training aids, manuals, course materials, and certificates of completion for participants.
  • Offering post-training support for a minimum of 3 to 12 months via helpdesk or email.

Technical Requirements

The service provider must meet the following mandatory technical criteria:

  • Be accredited to deliver GRAP accounting training.
  • Provide at least 3 reference letters from government entities confirming recent delivery of GRAP training (within the last 3 years).
  • Demonstrate accreditation with recognized professional bodies such as SAICA, CIMA, AGA, LGSETA, SETA, or other relevant accounting accreditation bodies.
  • Facilitators must be professionally qualified (e.g., CA(SA), AGA(SA), Professional Accountant) with proven expertise in applying GRAP standards.
  • Provide detailed CVs of facilitators highlighting recent GRAP training experience.
