The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of providing office accommodation for the Railway Safety Regulator (RSR) in the Coastal Region (Cape Town).   • Inclusion of security, access control, fire safety measures, and disabled-friendly facilities.
  • Provision of necessary documentation, including property grading (Grade B), zoning certificates, insurance, and legal compliance.

    • Four enclosed offices with desks
    • Open plan area for 16 staff members
    • Reception and waiting area

    • Storerooms, kitchen, sick bay, ablution facilities, lifts/ramps for persons with disabilities
  • Provision of LAN points (supporting VoIP) for at least 16 desks, electrical points, and safe plugs.

  • Building must be secure, with controlled access, parking, and compliance with fire safety and disability access regulations.
