The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of delivering services typically provided by a Chief Information Officer (CIO). The selected provider will oversee the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) operations for the South African Weather Service (SAWS) over a period of twelve (12) months. The aim is to support SAWS in creating an enabling ICT environment that aligns with its strategic objectives, enhances system availability and reliability, and provides strategic ICT leadership.
