The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver training on the Promotion of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA). The training aims to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the Information Officer, Deputy Information Officers, and the legal department of the Ports Regulator of South Africa to ensure compliance with these legislations.
