Completed tenders in Black ink, in a sealed envelope and clearly marked must be placed in the Tender Box in the foyer of the main building situated in Balkfontein, Bothaville.
All bids will be opened in public directly on the above specified dates.
Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from closing date and No late, faxed, e-mailed or other form of tender will be accepted.
Bids will be evaluated using the 80 for price and 20 preference points of the basis of the bidders B-BBEE status level of contributor in terms of the PPPFA Act 5, of 2000; and the Supply Chain Management Policy of Sedibeng Water.
A valid Tax Certificate (or in case of joint Venture, of all parties should submit their individual Tax Certificates together with their Joint Venture agreements). Certified copies of CIPC, Certificate for Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA). PSIRA Certificate, Company Profile and Copies of three reference letters for similar work done.
Sedibeng Water fully Reserves the right not to accept the lowest tender or accept the tender as a whole or part or not to consider any bid submitted.
