The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to review and develop comprehensive guidelines for the creation of Land Reform and Rural Development Spatial Targeting Plans (LRRDSTP) at municipal level. The guidelines aim to ensure that spatial planning aligns with departmental strategies, policies, and legislation, facilitating equitable land access, security of tenure, and sustainable rural development. The process seeks to produce spatial targeting tools that guide land reform interventions, promote spatial justice, sustainability, efficiency, resilience, and good governance, and support integrated rural development.
