The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to review, refine, consolidate, and support the finalisation of the Higher Education Act of 1997 (Act No. 101 of 1997), as amended. The goal is to strengthen governance, enhance regulatory mechanisms, and align the Act with current policy and legislative developments within the Post-School Education and Training (PSET) sector. The service provider will assist in the review process, including the development and circulation of draft amendments, stakeholder engagement, and the finalisation of legislative documentation.
